A Custom built cottage by DGS Construction of Huntsville. Honey Oak cabinets. 
Two floors: Kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave oven, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, toaster, drip coffee maker) living room, gas fireplace, 3 piece bath on the main floor, room air conditioners. Queen size bed with OBUSFORME Memory Foam mattress in one bedroom and double bed with single bunk on top in the second bedroom on the second floor,  32 inch Flat Screen TV/VCR/ DVD with satellite TV service, deck with gas BBQ Grill  and  4 person Softub Hot Tub on the deck
Sleeps 5 adults and children max.

 Note:
We maintain your personal hot tub at 100 degrees F. The personal hot tub is checked regularly for cleanliness and to balance the chemicals in it. The tub is drained and refilled with fresh water and then reheated, depending on the usage. It takes approx 30 hours to heat fresh water back to 100 degrees F after a refill
